Easy Urbanization
Added a button to the RGO builder window, so you can upgrade all locations from one screen.
That’s all this mod does, adds the button from province interface directly to the RGO builder window.
Not a cheat, you still have to meet all requirements to upgrade – but I’m pretty sure any edits to UI change checksum.
You can google "eu5 Enable Achievements Unconditionally" if you want a quick fix to paradox limiting your gameplay.
