Better Noble Family Management (and Cadet Branch Control)
This mod gives administrative (including AuH’s governments) rulers tools to create, manage, and destroy noble families, it also gives all families the ability to restrict cadet branches by house or dynasty-wide, change the requirements to form a cadet branch via game rule,


Elevate a Noble FamilyAs a Ruler with Administrative Government, summon new noble families to serve your realm. Choose from five specializations:
• House of Administrators – Stewardship Focus
• House of Warriors – Martial Focus
• House of Scholars – Learning Focus
• House of Spies – Intrigue Focus
• House of Envoys – Diplomacy Focus
• House of Foreigners – More varied, with a culture of a random county in your realm, they keep their religion if they’re not lower than AstraySizeEach family arrives with randomized size (small, medium, or large clans) and if your government has Merit, will gain an amount of Merit and Passed Examinations so they can be appointed right away.
House ModifiersEach house type has a house wide modifier applied to it on creation.
This ranges from the Steward’s Governor XP gain, domain tax mult, and build cost, to the Martial House’s levy size, prowess, and control bonuses, each house modifier will also have at least 2 main skill points.House AspirationsNewly created houses are automatically assigned fitting aspirations based on their type, with support for Celestial and Japanese government types.
Refund and CooldownUpon taking the decision, you’ll get an event so that you can check the characters, if you don’t like them you can send them away for a partial refund of costs.
Additionally there will be a lesser cooldown period if you have a low amount of families or have recently founded the administration.
Children’s Examination AutomationMerit based governments can automate Children’s Examination attempts for eligible extended family members on their 15th birthday.
• You can choose to always send them, or require an estimated pass chance of 25%, 30%, 50%, 60%, or 70%.
• The vanilla reminder is supressed while automation is active. If automation is enabled without a Court Tutor, NFM will show a Current Situation warning because the tutor improves exam chances.

Elevate Existing Characters• Grant nobility to lowborn courtiers, founding new dynasties
• Elevate Noble Family to grant a noble their own noble family title as your vassal, with a discount for same-dynasty membersDestroy Noble Families• Revoke noble family status from imprisoned nobles
– Choose to raid their estates for gold
– Order eradication (execution) or exile of family members
• Peacefully Dissolve Dying Houses with no future heirsCadet Branch Control• Restrict or unrestrict your dynasty from creating cadet branches via a new decision
• Forbid or restore cadet branch rights for specific houses via character interaction
• Establish Cadet Branch as a liege, dynast, or house head, grant a dynasty member their own house.
• New game rules let you configure minimum title rank, prestige level, and child count requirements for cadet branch formation
• Note that this overwrites 00_dynasty_decisions.txt, so the control features won’t work properly if another mod also overwrites it after this one, the establish branch option will however.
