My Little Warband (v1.2.5/1.4.5)
My Little Warband is a beloved day one custom troop tree mod, allowing players to create their own custom troops of all varieties with access to all equipment in the game, including equipment added by mods! Mix and match with native troops or create an entirely custom army/kingdom. The choice is now yours!
The War Sails DLC is not required to use this mod. The mod will automatically filter out DLC equipment and prevent you from creating Maritime troops if the War Sails module is not active.

The original mod appears to be abandoned both on Steam and on Nexus, and with the extensive Bannerlords updates that have occurred since it’s last update (Dec 19, 2023), the original mod is no longer playable after Bannerlord v1.3.0, or with the War Sails DLC.

In Game Instructions
Toggle between recruiting Native and Custom troops on any town/village menu.
Open your custom troops in the Encyclopedia, the easiest way is to ‘Right Click’ on the unit image in your party.
Once in the in-game encyclopedia, ‘Shift + Left Click’ on a unit to open the in-game unit editor where you can edit everything from Culture, Gender, Armor, Weapons, Mount, and Appearance.

Changes from Original Mod
As you might have guessed, the original mod is incredibly outdated, and alongside the numerous bug patches, and crash fixes are a slew of new features for fans of the original mod!
– Search bar feature in Equipment Selection!
– Ability to set the quality of equipment. (Fine, Masterwork, Legendary)
– Options to create Maritime Troop types (War Sails DLC)
– Support for the Nord Faction (War Sails DLC)
– Custom Troop Wage Modifiers.
– Additional filters for mod compatibility.
Equipment Compatibility
-Equipment added to the game by mods will appear in the equipment selection menu, ONLY if that equipment can be bought/sold by any normal means. The equipment menu specifically filters out equipment that cannot be bought/sold by normal means(i.e. Trade Market, Caravan, etc.)
Mod Compatibility
-My Little Warband is compatible with a lot of other mods, and has been playtested with a lot of other mods that edit troop trees and character customization. That being said, I cannot guarantee perfect compatibility for all mods. As mod authors update their own mods, they may become incompatible with the present build of My Little Warband.
Additional Information
-If the game crashes due to My Little Warband, you will see a red message at the bottom of your screen just prior to the crash, and a MLW_Crash.txt will generate in your Documents with the specific issue that caused the crash. If you experience a crash for any reason, please provide me with this .txt file and a brief summary of what you were doing at the time of its crash!
As I am not the original author of this mod, if LL Muse requests I remove it from the workshop, I will do so.
