Makebs
This mod adds a new faction – the Makeb
Inspired by a group of rebels that fought the Roman Empire and lost during the end of its Imperial era. The Makebs are a hunted religion, more ancient than the Voice of El and more secretive than the demonlords cultists. Their warriors are true zealots armed with little more than belief with a heavy focus on sling based ranged combat. The Makeb god is rumored to be the same one prayed to by the Voice of El.
The Grand Cohen has recently been speaking of having prophetic dreams calling for him to retake Elysium, remake all that is ruined and reconquer the land promised to the Makebs by birthright – a land long lost but never forgotten. With faith as their weapon and destiny as their guide, the Makebs march ever onward, determined to remake the world, no matter the cost.
Focuses: simple/vanillafeeling, freespawn zealots that can be upgraded, strong blessed units and a unique way to level up your blessings (by leveling up leaders).
