Vanilla-based AI change mod

Features

・AI now uses grenades, grenade launchers and anti-tank launchers appropriately.
・Weapons commonly used by rebel forces, such as the RPG-7, can also be used against people.
・RGD-5 and F-1 fuse arming time changed from 5 seconds to 3.5 seconds.
・RGN and RGO grenades explode on contact.
・The performance of various grenades has been reconfigured based on Tarkov.
・Reduced the accuracy of AI heavy machine guns and other weapons.
・Tanks actively use their main guns against infantry.
・AI will not stay prone on the ground for long (will stay prone when Pin down)
・AI is now more sensitive to suppressive fire and reacts more frightened in a more human-like way.

Known Issues

・When using ace3, if you turn on the light on the map, you will shoot yourself in the head and fall down.(This phenomenon seems to occur under certain conditions, and since I cannot reproduce it in my development environment, it will take a considerable amount of time to fix.)
