Dark Age Empire
Changes the appearance of most Empire units to give them a dark medieval look.
The colors in the screenshots are those of Reikland and will therefore change depending on the faction (especially the white parts).
Optimization? :
This mod mainly reassigns textures/models and makes a few color edits; it doesn’t add anything custom (except for the unit portraits), so it is very lightweight and has no real impact on performance.
Why? :
I never play the Empire for the simple reason that I get an overdose of colors and feathers as soon as I lay eyes on one of its units. ^^
Recommendations :
I highly recommend adding my mod : Sigmar Death Squad to have an endgame infantry that matches the new look of the lords.
I also highly recommend adding my mod : Volkmar The Truly Grim for a badass Volkmar mount.
