Nokotan
Adds Nokotan, from the anime My Deer Friend Nokotan, as a playable character.
Nokotan is a well-rounded pixie type fighter with her main gimmick being assists, which she uses to pressure her opponent from anywhere and open them up for combos.
This is my first mod.
