Northeast Asia and Warlords
Added Northeast Asia flavors and warlords government type to simulate semi-independent vassal under a administration government.
Northeast Asia Flavors:
Added Sinicized Version of some vanilla Northeast cultures: Liao, available for all Mongolic cultures; Jin, available for all Tunguisic cultures; Han-Shanxi for all Turkic cultures.
Culture conversion could be done via unique decisions. Beware that such decisions could be done only once, if one has taken such decision, others can’t do it later.
2.Some new cultural traditions for all cultures. Old tradition "Art of War" is replaced by "Chinese Art of War" and "Imperial Arsenal".
3.Kanto culture for Yamato characters, to better represent a Samurai culture.
4.New cultures for Successor khanates of Mongol empire, e.g. Moghol for Ilkhante, Chagatai for Chagatai khanate, Yuan for Yuan empire and Tartar for Golden Horde.
5.New features for Merit Khanate Government, including new vassal contracts and mechanics.
6.Added a new interaction, via which Merit Khanate rulers could vassalize its Nomad subject and turn them to Merit Khanate government.
Warlord Government Type:
1.Added Bureaucratic Size Law for all government type with treasury mechanic, high level Bureaucratic Size will block all kinds of factions but add recruit and maintain cost for MAA, low level Bureaucratic Size will add income but will encourage more factions to happen.
Administration Vassals could turn to Warlord Government under lower level Bureaucratic Size realm.
3.Warlord Government is a feudal type, military focused government type, has its own vassal contracts and modifiers. Title passed via unique succession rule, not follow merit appoint tule.
4.Change some historical characters to warlord government at game start.
5.Added new maa, traits and laws for warlord government, to make it flavorful.
