Overhauled stats for suppressors and subsonic ammunition

This mod changes suppressor and subsonic ammo stats to increase diversity in the game’s arsenal, trying to follow realistic expectations while at the same time keeping the balance of the game intact. My biggest complaint in the game was if you were going for a semi-aggressive stealth focused build, there was not really a reason to take anything other than a 45ACP handgun or the VP9 into the map without subsonic ammunition which is still exceptionally loud otherwise to a point it wasn’t really competitive. This mod changes that specific meta in order to shake it up some. Allowing players some freedom of choice in suppressed weaponry.

What to expect currently (TLDR: suppressors better, subsonics with non booster even stronger):
Most pistol caliber cartridges will follow, for the most part, a realistic trend of audio levels that I found to be realistic from research and video analysis based on caliber, while keeping the pistols in-game with their respective pros and cons. for the most part, noise has been turned down across the board on suppressed pistols and pistol caliber weapons. Allowing them to safely fire normal ammunition in some circumstances with the possibility of alerting only 1 or 2 other rooms of close guards. Non booster pistols should be very competitive choices against the VP9 now as well. Only loosing slightly in the auditory department.

Current changes themselves:

Pistols:
Higher caliber suppressors have worse reduction than lower caliber, meaning 45ACP is now a trade off of sound for damage (larger frame mass means louder mechanical noise as well).

Low profile Suppressor: Designed as the high stealth mobility focus: Competitive in noise to High profile suppressors using supersonic ammo if using subsonic ammo.

High profile suppressor: Designed as the most adaptable option, quiet even with supersonic ammunition (but still will alert nearby rooms and patrols if too close), very quiet with subsonic ammo. Price is weight, penalties, and cost.

Non-boosted full size: Ultimate quiet, still not as quiet as the VP9, but should be very quiet even with super sonic ammunition.

Rifles & SMG
SMGs are still quieter than Rifle calibers, but generally the loudness of any rifle style weapon will not be quiet due to the firepower offered unless using subsonic ammunition.

Bolt action m700 will have extremely quiet action with subsonic ammo though. Making it a great, if heavy, option for a stealth weapon.

Shotguns
With the right ammunition, shotguns are generally quiet, but pump action shotguns are the quietest by far due to no gas escape. Meaning the 870 is a great stealth option weapon as well.

I want to also thank the mod author of the "quieter suppressors" mod for both his inspiration but also because without his code, I wouldn’t know where to begin with any of this lua based coding. I have some C++ knowledge but have otherwise not touched lua. Without his mod, this mod wouldn’t of been possible.

This mod is built for customization, you can change the buffs/nerfs inside the appropriate steam workshop ID folder:

To ensure this mod works, before any bug reports, to ensure it is working you can check the audio level of the weapon and ammo in the loadout screen as stats should be accurate. Most weapons with supersonic ammo should hover between 50-80 with a full length suppressor.
