Description:

This is a simple mod which changes the most of the priority templates which determines the investments made by nations. For example, the Subsistence template which originally meant a 50% Economy investment and a 50% investment into Spoils will now instead result in a 67% Economy investment and a 33% Spoils investment. In general, most priority templates now involve a more diverse and balanced investment pattern. This will also affect how nations invest when they are not controlled by a faction (as is the case when the game starts). Notably, the US and China will invest less into Spoils and slightly more into Environment and Boost before any of the factions take their control points.

Subsistence: Economy increased to 2.

Stability: Welfare increased to 2.

Developing: Knowledge increased to 1.

Industrialization: Economy increased to 3; Knowledge increased to 2; Build Navy increased to 1.

Modernization: Knowledge increased to 3; Welfare and Environment increased to 2; Space
Program, Boost, Build Navy and Nuclear Weapons increased to 1.

Digitalization: Knowledge and Environment increased to 3; Welfare, Funding, Space Program and Boost increased to 2; MC, Build Navy and Nuclear Weapons increased to 1.

Exploratory: Welfare and Environment increased to 1.

Populist: Economy, Welfare, Environment and Government increased to 1; Unity increased to 2; Military and Spoils decreased to 2.

Reactionary: Economy increased to 2; Welfare, Environment and Funding increased to 1; Unity increased to 3; Military decreased to 2; Spoils, Build Army and Build Navy decreased to 1.

Authoritarian: Knowledge, Welfare, Environment and Funding increased to 1; Spoils decreased to 1.

Totalitarian: Knowledge increased to 2; Welfare, Environment and Funding increased to 1; Spoils decreased to 2.

Militarist: Economy, Space Defenses and Exofighters increased to 1; Unity and Oppression increased to 2; Found Military increased to 3.

Survival: Build navy reduced to 1; Unity and Oppression increased to 1; Found Military and Nuclear Weapons increased to 3.

Expansionist: Economy and Environment increased to 1; Nuclear Program and Nuclear Weapons increased to 2; Found Military increased to 3.

Imperial: Economy, Spoils, Funding, Build Navy and Nuclear Program increased to 2; Environment, Oppression and Nuclear Weapons increased to 1; Found Military increased to 3.

Libertarian: Environment and Boost increased to 1; Government increased to 2 Spoils decreased to 1.

Conservative: Welfare, Environment, Unity and Funding increased to 1.

Centrist: Welfare and Environment increased to 2; Funding increased to 1.

Liberal: Government increased to 3; Funding increased to 1.

Technocratic: Education increased to 2; Funding increased to 3; Military and MC increased to 1.

Peaceful: Funding increased to 2, Government decreased to 1.

Submit: Spoils increased to 1; Unity and Space Defenses increased to 3; Knowledge and Exofighters decreased to 1; Military decreased to 2.

Exploit: Economy increased to 2; Knowledge decreased to 2; Spoils increased to 3; Environment and Nuclear weapons increased to 1; Funding and Exofighters decreased to 1.

Alien: Unity and Oppression increased to 2.

No changes to other priority templates.
