Since the creator of this mod said he was facing heatlh issues and gave opportunity to carry on his mods, here is my take on updating it(identical to his)
With a minor tweak, a sandbox variable has been added to control how often zombies can wear already upgraded version of their bags/backpacks.

Recipes are easier to craft but less OP stats for the bags, and all of them have a small chance to spawn naturally in the world/on zomboids.
