- New bureaucracy choices.
- Removed militarize cabinet action and turned it into a bureaucracy.
- Extended the timeframes for several Brandenburg/Prussia events so that they can happen a bit earlier.
- The whole Prussia stuff happens one age earlier.
- Prussian Monarchy is more flavorful.
- You can now reliably get a Hohenzollern. Go turmoil -100 and completely finish turmoil (including robber baron). Going +100 gives you a Wittelsbach instead.
- Fixed the disaster not ending.
- Some smaller fixes.
