Climate
The base game has a very poorly made climate map for the Andes.
This mod is closer to the actual Köppen climate classification, with some common sense applied.
- Removed artic climate. The Inca didn’t live on top of the mountain.
- Replaced arctic with cold arid.
- Turned select locations into continental, like in valleys or around the lakes. I’m pretty sure the Inca tended to live in nice valleys and the shores of lakes. Also they had plenty of food and the winters aren’t bad there.

- Great Pestilence doesn’t get stuck anymore.
- Advances on the level of other great nations.
- Tutorials for important game features.
Compatibility
- Not compatible with mods that edit climate values. Load this mod last (lower in the list).
