Description:

Eliminate clutter on the map and have the political map colors all the way to the closest zoom level. No birds, no boats, no trains, no troops – just 100% political map at all zoom levels.

Just be sure to load it *after* all other map mods you might want to use. I’ve tested load order, and that needs to happen if you want the map to look "right" at all zoom levels. Recommend you also use "Empires of History: A Map Mod" to go with this. If you don’t like black water, then use one of the vanilla paper maps or one of the Empires of History maps.

28 April 2026 Update: removed the transforms from env_effects.txt, hope this works better for the MacOS folks.
