DUWS_T (Dynamic Universal War System Tactic)

With months of work I’m happy to present you DUWS_T based on DUWS_X, and with many, many new things for players to explore.

DUWS_T is a dynamic persistent campaign generator that simulates from specops to combined arms operation. It is evolved from Tomata’s DUWS_X, with many fixes and additions.

FEATURES:
1.

Total side mission redone, including time limits on some of the missions and mechanics changes(eg. pilot rescue: pilot won’t follow you himself—— players must carry him to base, or put him in a vehicle and transport him and then RTB), different missions have different bonus —— easier ones give you less bonus, while hard ones make your army stronger and yourselves richer.

5 new missions: CQB clearthearea, armor hunting, secure tac assets, protect informant, steal IDAP truck

Total support items redone, prices of everything is different, and many other QOL tweaks on them.(eg. HALO operations now supports AI only HALO).

Fully Ravage support.

This campaign encourages people to tactically think and move, with a minor mistake you could make your army suffer losses. Since many things in DUWS_T is changed, I suggest you use default parameters if you are new to ARMA 3 or just didn’t try DUWS series before.

HOW TO PLAY:

If you wish a playing-n-learning experience, start the mission and open your map, there will be a DUWS_T manual. Everything you need is there.

FAQ:

1. Does this require XXX? – No it doesn’t. All it needs is a computer at a not-so-potato level.
2. Can this be ported to other maps like how we did to DUWS_X? – Yes! Just download the mission and change the map name.
3. Can we play this on our dedi server? – Partly, this mission is fully compatible with singleplayer and Multiplayer LAN, but hasn’t tested with dedi server. So if you find bugs with dedi servers lemme know.
4. Does this work with XXX? – This mission should work with most of the mods in the workshop, but it’s up to you to test with AI mods. (It is fully compatible with LAMBS and VCOM, as for others I’m not sure.)
5. Can we play in XXX faction? – This mission is integrated with XOR’s auto-factioning system, and I improved it to make it fully compatible with ALIVE factions. So it should be compatible with almost every workshop faction.
6. Can I just report bugs wherever I like? Because I’m a lazy @$$. – Sure I don’t mind that. Any bug reports will be considered carefully.
7. Can I play this in Vietnam War or WW2 style? – Maybe, but this mission is not designed with non-modern warfare in mind. So you could meet immersion breaking things like a modern choppa.
