This mod introduces highly complex, evolving mechanics heavily inspired by Jujutsu Kaisen (specifically Mahoraga and its adaptation ability, alongside the Sword of Extermination).
It adds an accessory that dynamically learns and adapts to the damage you take and the enemies you fight, alongside a unique sword that changes its properties based on the energy type you choose. It also features custom UI tracking your adaptation progress, dynamic screen-shaking.
Multiplayer Incompatibility: This mod was primarily designed for Single-player. While there are some basic sync codes included, the complex logic involving custom UI, visual filters, and stasis effects are NOT fully tested for Multiplayer. Do not expect it to work flawlessly in a server environment.
Compatibility with other mods: Since this was created in a completely vanilla state, I haven’t tested it with any other mods! Therefore, depending on the combination of mods, some issues may occur.

Base Damage: 100 (Melee).
Mode Switch: Right-click to toggle between two energy modes.
Positive Energy Mode:Gains damage and critical bonuses based on the target’s HP and defense.
Cursed Energy Mode:Fires cursed energy slashes. Empowered by the number of adaptations.

Equipping this accessory grants the player the ability to "Adapt to any and all phenomena".
Adaptation Triggers: You adapt over time by taking specific types of damage (Projectiles, NPC Contact, specific Items, Lava, Drowning, Fall Damage, Debuffs).
Acceleration Logic: If you are already analyzing a specific damage source, taking more hits from that source will significantly accelerate the adaptation speed, reducing the remaining timer by 100 per hit (or 50 for damage classes). Frequent contact is the key to rapid evolution.
Instant Recovery: Each time an adaptation task is completed, you instantly recover 100 HP.
Survival Adaptation (Injuries): If your health drops below 50%, the Wheel begins to analyze the concept of "Injuries" itself.
As this level increases, your Life Regeneration speed scales dramatically, and you gain an automatic healing pulse that triggers periodically.
Adaptation Levels (Lv.1 to Lv.8 MAX):
Damage taken from an adapted source is reduced progressively.
Reduction Rates: Lv1: 5% / Lv2: 10% / Lv3: 15% / Lv4: 20% / Lv5: 25% / Lv6: 30% / Lv7: 45% / Lv8: 60%.
Self-Healing (Lv.5+): Taking damage from an adapted source heals you for a percentage of the damage taken (10% at Lv5, up to 50% at Lv8).
Offensive Adaptation:
Hitting the same NPC repeatedly will adapt your offense to them.
Grants increased Damage, Armor Penetration, and Critical Strike Chance against them based on the adaptation level.
At Lv.8 (MAX), a "Dimension Slash" has a chance to trigger. This effect deals 15% of the target’s current HP as direct damage, tearing through their existence.
For every successfully adapted phenomenon, you gain permanent stat boosts while wearing the wheel: +0.5 Defense, +0.5 Max Life/Mana, +0.5% Crit Chance, and +0.5% All Damage.
If you take lethal damage, you do not die. Instead, your HP is set to 30, and you gain 180 frames of invincibility.
A 480-frame (8-second) "Adversity" timer starts. You cannot use healing items during this phase.
Once the timer finishes, you fully heal, gain the "ADVERSITY" adaptation, and receive another 180 frames of invincibility. (600-frame cooldown).
This ability only activates against bosses.
Once activation is complete, all attacks from that boss will be reflected.
These effects can be toggled on or off in the settings menu, and individual effects can also be disabled via the “Adaption Stack” in-game.
If you successfully adapt to 30 different phenomena, you achieve "Perceive the Space".
Destroy The Dimension: While Perceive the Space, swinging the Sword of Extermination will periodically fire a "Spatial Rift". This projectile ignores all immunity frames. Enemies hit by it are put into a complete Stasis for 80 frames (screen-shatter effect), after which their dimension collapses, reducing their HP to 1 and dealing lethal damage instantly.
Craft the Mahoraga Wheel and equip it in an accessory slot. The Wheel UI will appear on your screen.
Press Shift + Left Click on the Wheel in your inventory to toggle the Adaptation Log UI on or off.
Go out and take damage. The UI will show a progress bar analyzing the damage source. Survive long enough, and the wheel will turn, completing the adaptation.
Craft the Sword of Extermination. Right-click to switch to the energy type that best suits the enemy you are fighting (Positive for high defense, Negative for high HP).
