Armor – Whispers of Syx
The game has only two types of armor and a limited selection of weapons. The army has no special features, and the combat units lack uniqueness. I tried to fix this by releasing the first mod in a large planned collection: "Whispers of Syx."
Besides armor, the mod adds/changes gameplay features
– Sounds (added new sounds for forges and smelters)
– Visual display of armies in armor (both vanilla and modded)
– Adds new materials and production chains
– Adds new buildings
– Changes the tech tree
NOBLE WEAPONS
– Noble Armor
– Noble Shield
– Noble Sword (two-handed)



SITILONIUM WEAPONS
– Heavy Sitilon Armor
– Heavy Sitilon Shield
– One-Handed Sitilon Sword
– New Sitilon Smelter
– New Sitilon Ingot Material




🌟 Production. Weapons and armor added in the mod are crafted in a forge. They cannot be crafted at a carpenter’s shop as they require more complex work. 🌟 Economy. Noble weapons are more powerful than vanilla versions, but they are more expensive. Noble weapons require more iron and coal to produce. Furthermore, gems are required to craft new weapons.
🌟 Combat Stats. Noble weapons are better than vanilla versions, but they don’t break the balance. They also have debuffs. For example, a heavy shield reduces movement speed.
🌟 Visuals. Weapons and armor have their own unique icon textures, storage, and display textures for your brave soldiers. They are a golden color that shimmers beautifully in the sun.
The mod also contains changes:
– Vanilla icon for the greatsword;
– Vanilla icon for the smallsword;
– Vanilla icon for the spear;
– Changes the display of plate armor on your soldiers.

1. Add a unique weapon element for each race;
2. Create a mathematical balance for the new equipment;
3. Add a new workshop for producing new weapons;
4. Add new technologies for unlocking new weapons.
