Description:

The Scryer Mk. II is designed to cost as little as possible and to effectively get you mobile in the galaxy. Spawning in at level 10 and requiring minimal skill unlocks it will still get you and a friend spaceborne quickly.

There are dedicated placement spots for shields, a warp drive, gravity generator and a few other quality of life upgrades. The standard upgrade path is detailed in a small series of LCD panels in the back area of the ship but there is a surprising amount of flexibility. Both constructors can be upgraded; every engine can be replaced with mediums or upgraded to plasma easily and you can even install an advanced warp drive and upgrade to medium turrets without requiring any CPU upgrades.

You can also install 4 external basic turbines in the spaces between the winglets and the hull which can allow the ship to remain cap stable (-7w) with everything turned off.
