Lights Out Shenanigans
I decided to make another game to go with Minesweeper Shenanigans.
This mod requires REPENTOGON. All boards are solvable. 2×2 and 4×4 are super easy if you need a place to start. The ez variant causes the light chasing algorithm to automatically solve every board.
There’s an option to print a solution to the debug console if you get stuck. Click on all the 1’s in any order to solve from the current state. The solution may not be optimal.
The 4 buttons at the top-left of the board are: reset, shuffle/randomize, print solution, and hint (print one random position from the solution).

Update: You can change the pattern from a cross (+) to a cross (x).
