Inspector Gadget
The titular character from the series with the same name, Inspector Gadget fights with all manner of wacky contraptions built into his body… if he can remember how to use them that is!
Inspector Gadget is a medium weight fighter whose moves have various different ranges, from close to long range for a variety of combo routes. His main gimmick is his strongs, which when charged result in extended range thanks to those ever so helpful Gadget Arms and Gadget Legs!

Inspector Gadget starts scratching his chin and a menu comes up with four different gadgets to choose from.

Bow and Arrow: Fires a bow and arrow from above Gadget with the arrow arcing downwards as it travels.

Bomb: Throws a bomb that either explodes on contact when hitting someone or rests on the stage until it explodes. Only one bomb can be active at a time and Gadget must wait to use the next bomb after it has been active for a while. Gadget can be hurt by his own bomb.

Anvil: Drops an anvil from several feet above Gadget right next to him. The anvil does serious damage and knockback to whoever it hits, acting as the fourth Strong, but it has a long cooldown period to compensate.

Fan: Pulls out a fan which can be used to blow the opponents away. The fan can also blow the bomb and anvil, meaning that you can move the stationary bomb if your opponent happens to be near it, or even potentially drop the anvil off a ledge that it landed on to get extra use out of it.

Inspector Gadget pulls out a pair of rocket powered skates and charges towards the opponent. While using this move its possible to turn around by holding the opposite direction to the way he is travelling. Knockback will weaken the longer the move travels for. Can be jump cancelled on hit or if he goes off stage. Automatically ends after a set time period. Parrying Gadget while in this move will automatically end his movement earlier, allowing for easier punishing.

Inspector Gadget’s most famous gadget! He equips his Gadget Copter and uses it to fly back to the stage. This move does have somewhat limited vertical recovery but does have a bunch of horizontal recovery. The move can be cancelled by pressing Down and B, whereby Gadget will immediately go into pratfall.

A multi utility gadget. Inspector Gadget inflates his coat to make his body larger and lighter. Initially he will push away oncoming attackers and while he’s inflated he has super armour. If Gadget performs this move in the air he will float in the air for a moment to allow for stalling.
If a projectile hits Gadget while he is using his move he will absorb the projectile and fire it straight back at the opponent. Reflecting projectiles back this way as opposed to parrying will do double the damage to opponents from the resulting reflected projectile.
