Description:

bugfix version of https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2962179819. Standalone.

Fix:
1. When collecting 4 artifacts with Claim for Yourself, then taking the 4th one with For Drill, the bonus from that artifact was not granted.
2. After collecting 4 artifacts with For Drill, no more artifacts would drop.
3. It seems to work with Simple Dynamic Settlements. The only issue is that early on, the display of two different events is a bit bugged.

#Added minor support for IEE – only for vanila fraction.
