Yugo the Eliatrope (Wakfu)
Yugo the Eliatrope zaps into battle!
Yugo is the main character of Wakfu’s animated series. He journeys with his friends across the Krosmos to find his long lost family.
In battle, Yugo displays incredible mobility and potential for great mixups using his zap portals.
In addition, some of his moves are designed to synergize with those same portals.
Yugo creates a portal in a desired direction. He can only have a maximum of 2 of those portals on the field at once.
When there are 2 portals, players will be able to enter them and come out of the opposite portal.
The move can be held for more precise portal placement.
The side which you enter a portal from determines which side you will come out from.
Pressing attack while holding the move will make Yugo throw a portal forward instead.
Clever use of those will probably fry your opponent’s brain!
Yugo accelerates and turns into a ball of wakfu energy. If he runs into an opponent, he will bump them up, enabling followups.
Crossing portals will increase the speed and extend the rush duration.
A powerful gap closer and mobility tool, be careful to not use it in the wrong places or you will be vulnerable!
Yugo overlays two portals together, causing a burst of energy taking the form of a beam.
He can charge the move to increase range, damage and kill power.
If a wakmeha enters a portal, it will come out from the other portal. Extending its range in the process.
It is also angleable.
His signature attack inspired from… Hmm… I wonder…
Use this powerful attack to make your opponent think twice about running away. Or score surprise kills with portal setups!
Yugo chains quick teleportations to gain altitude. The last portal’s direction can be chosen based on left or right inputs.
As this move allows Yugo to cross huge distances, he only gets one per air time.
Only the last portall puts yugo in pratfall, so he can chose to not go in the last one and avoid the pratfall state at the cost of much less distance traveled.
A move with a lot of options, but be careful of the limitations!
Up air’s damage will scale on the duration of the fall when an opponent is grabbed.
Hold the button to extend its range.
Up strong will be redirected if it crosses a portal.
