Description:

Reworks the first Treasure Room on Floor 1 into a 4-choice start.

– Triggers only in the first Treasure Room.
– Replaces the normal pedestal with exactly 4 Treasure Pool items.
– Guarantees at least 1 item with Quality 3 or 4.
– The other 3 items are random Treasure Pool items.
– You can pick only ONE of the 4 choices.
– After picking one, the other choice pedestals disappear.

Made for stronger, more interesting starts without affecting the rest of the run.
