• Proclaim Suzerainty over Silesia: Put the Silesian duchies into your kingdom’s de jure if it borders your kingdom.
• Dismantle the Bishopric of Utrecht: Destroy the duchy of Utrecht, integrating Nedersticht into either the duchy of Holland or Gelre, and creating a new Duchy of Overyssel in the remaining territories
• Expand Neustrian March: On forming the North Sea Empire with Normandy and Flanders, which creates the Kingdom of Neustria, one will be able to also integrate Anjou, Berry and Orleans into it if they completely control it.
• Reclaim Ulster/Western Isles: If Dal Riata is formed, the King of Ireland and Scotland has the decision to return Ulster and Western Isles respectively to their de jure.
• Recreation of Aquitaine and Sorbia, if they no longer have de jure territory.

Some kingdoms/duchies are created only with the creation of a respective higher-tier title, and thus are not listed here. Additionally, game rules exist for Vlach culture in Transylvania and custom Wales de jure setup, as well as Frisian culture on map.
Additionally, four cultures are included: Silesian, Transylvanian, Shan and Lao, available as a divergent culture option if forming Silesia, Transylvania, Shan and Lan Xang respectively.
The decision to create the hegemony of India now puts every empire with de jure capital in India under de jure India, instead of just the three pre-defined empires. Also fixed the Carantania formable not having a de jure empire, because Paradox apparently forgot it for some reason. North Sea Empire also now uses an in-code Neustria instead of a dynamic title.
