More Natural Straits
Adds a number of natural straits to the game:
– Torres Strait: between Australia and New Guinea. (Complete block requires full control due to size)
– Strait of Magellan: between Tierra del Fuego and mainland South America.
– La Pérouse Strait (or Soya Strait): between Sakhalin and Hokkaido. (Blocking it requires full control due to size).
– Strait of Messina: between Sicily and Calabria.
– Palk Strait: between India and Sri Lanka.
– Gulf of Finland: between Finland and Estonia. Allows the Russian Empire to close the bay, preventing the naval invasion of St. Petersburg. (Blocking it requires full control).
– Dardanelles: between Eastern Thrace and Anatolia. As the Turkish straits have two different state regions on the Asian side, it is hypothetically possible for two separate countries to control the Bosphorus and the Dardanelles.
– Strait of Dover: between Great Britain and continental Europe. Blocking it requires full control due to its importance (similarly to Gibraltar).
Also adds naval fortifications to both sides of the Gulf of Finland, both sides of the Palk Strait, both sides of the Strait of Messina and the Anatolian side of the Dardanelles.
Includes localization for all vanilla languages (English, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Turkish, Polish, Russian)
Should be compatible with every mod that does not edit the provinces that define the straits (land and sea points).
