Vanilla Plus: Refit

With permission I’ve been allowed to refresh Cole’s Vanilla Plus Mod.
Vanilla Plus Refit has been restructured and seperated out, this mod only contains the following ship hulls:
The Fisher large cruiser, a super heavy cruiser with redundant comms and radar panels intended to sit between axford and solomon in size while being faster than either.
Tyhus Command Cruiser, a cruiser with a particular focus on missiles, alots of missiles.
Frostmoor Gun Destroyer, a fast gunboat destroyer intended to escort larger ships.
Stonefish Fast Attack Ship, a fast midweight vessel with a flexible mount layout.
