Sovereign Boons
Rule Without Restraint.
Sometimes you don’t want balance. You want to watch your settlement
thrive without friction — faster villagers, richer caravans, deeper
wells, bigger harvests. Not because you can’t play without them, but
because you’re the sovereign and these are your lands.
Sovereign Boons is a curated collection of 14 power-spike features
cherry-picked from existing community mods and unified under one
toggle list. Every boon is OFF by default. Open the settings panel,
turn on what you want, dial it to taste, and leave the rest alone.
Every slider tells you the vanilla default, the range, and which direction is the power
spike. You decide how far to push it.
Multiply gold received from tax events. Your treasury, your rules.
Beefier traveling merchants — more gold, more goods, optional
buy-anything toggle, and a higher trading post stock cap. Late-game
commerce stops feeling like a trickle.
Faster villager movement speed. Less time walking, more time working.
Lower child and adolescent age cutoffs plus expanded school enrollment
range. Your young villagers grow up and contribute sooner.
Faster travel speed on roads. The infrastructure you built should
mean something.
Faster Well recharge rate and bigger water capacity. Drought becomes
manageable instead of catastrophic.
Per-building work radius multipliers for 7 building types — Work
Camp, Hunter Cabin, Fishing Shack, Arborist, Market, Forager Shack,
and Rat Catcher. Reach further without relocating.
Multiply Decorative Building desirability radius and bonus. Your
gardens and statues actually matter.
Temple spirituality bonus multiplier plus Unchain Relics — a single
priest activates all assigned relics instead of requiring one priest
per relic.
Per-storage-type capacity multiplier for all 7 storage building
types. Stop building your fifth granary.
Per-building worker and resident add-ons for 46 building types,
grouped by Livestock, Production, Resource Sites, Field Work, Civic,
and Residential. Fine-grained control over your entire workforce
allocation.
Per-crop tuning of fertility, planting days, maturity rate, weed
injection, frost vulnerability, and heat tolerance for all 12 vanilla
crops, plus farming globals. Defaults match vanilla exactly — a
built-in "Log Vanilla Values" button dumps the full table on demand
so you always know what you’re changing.
Independently suppress Blizzards, Heatwaves, All-Extreme weather
events, or Droughts. Toggle each one separately — keep the weather
you enjoy, remove what you don’t.
Hotkey-driven militia summon. Press B to arm every eligible
villager with militia combat configuration and a tunable stat buff.
Press N to stand down. Hunters, Guards, Soldiers, and Children
are automatically skipped — only civilians arm up.
Achievements unlock even with non-default settings or mods active.
Because modding your game shouldn’t lock you out of recognition for
playing it.
- Every boon is OFF by default. Nothing changes until you
choose it. - Sovereign Boons soft-integrates with Keep Clarity for a full
in-game settings panel with sliders, tooltips, grouped categories,
and nested indentation. Every tooltip explicitly states the vanilla
default, the available range, and which direction is the power spike. - Without Keep Clarity installed, Sovereign Boons still works —
configuration lives in UserData/SovereignBoons.cfg.
- Farthest Frontier v1.1.x (Mono build)
- MelonLoader v0.7.0 or newer
- No save-file changes — safe to add or remove at any time
- Plays well alongside Keep Clarity, Tended Wilds, Forageable
Transplantation, Manifest Delivery, Essential Provisions, and other
MelonLoader mods
Every boon credits its source author. Sovereign Boons exists because
of the community modders who built the original features:
- VC — 8 source mods
- coos — 2 source mods
- Krasipeace — 2 source mods
- idontcare, Modder, donimuzur, Olleus — 1 each
