Details:
- Rise of the Phoenix Situation: think HYW features between theaters for reclaiming ERE/ROM, Leagues will join the situation and their lands be added to the Situation it will cover the Restoration of the Empire or it’s down fall as all leagues gain access to basic actions + unique actions for their leagues, an example being the roman league can ask Russian countries for mercenaries while the terks when at war with the empire can rally martyrs, they can also demand territorial tribute if you own locations in Anatolia and the empire can also offer the tribute creating a 10 year truce this is vital as, to better represent the nobility blocking the empire from war in Anatolia while the corruption privilege is active you can not start wars within Anatolia and will have to focus on the Balkans. (there are also hidden leagues so that lands that are part of the reformation are represented but also as a way to push these nations to be more proactive and also stop nations with no real "claim" being pulled into leagues on a "technicality" like overlords).
- The Military Organization uses an Elected “First General” who manages the Imperial Army, there are a total of 7
Electors split across some of the Military Offices of the Empire (the Emperor Included, the leader gains some bonus and has the ability to subsidize the organizations members manpower. - As the Emperor of the Empire you will be expected to protect members, you or other high statuses can start voting for laws or decrees, proclaim crusades
- The Empire as an array of payment types mainly 4, 2 of these are similar to the yoke when you promote some members to the correct status they will start collecting Imperial taxes and pay a portion will be paid to the empire, then there are a direct small payment in to the empires treasury as an emergency Imperial coffers and lastly an Imperial Tithe which is collected from the Estates of the Empire.
- The starting corrupted privileges have been reworked to better show the starting decline of the empire, however! rather than the rather dead revoke system it has been replaced with a reform system inside of Fate of the Phoenix you will progress to reforming these privileges and replacing them passively or you can use some of the Actions in the Fate of the Phoenix UI to push the progression faster each tier taken will increase the speed of the progress once the progress has been maxed out an event will fire most likely within the year to reform the privilege. note that this system is subject to tweaks to the flow and the Privileges they provide.

Note about these:
- I aim away from snow balling or stuff like that, these features are heavily set on being harder wars , I will continue to work on the difficulty with systems like a difficulty chooser, so to make the DLC fantasy steam roll harder or non existent. However I will look at having some aspects disable if you choose the lowest difficulty for the mod so you still get the features without all the added challenges, I have already negated the AE applied in the mod with the lowest difficulty, next I will tie Anatolian auto defence to the hardest Anatolian Difficulty and above.
- On this note I am trying to work on allowing Sunni countries to be more “Invasion” like, however the game is not currently agreeing well with this so I will have to work on a new way to do so which will mean if you miss play, you will likely be reduced to next to nothing, but that would be tied to the "Death and Taxes" Difficulty
