Effect
Permanently keeps human player-controlled countries at maximum Involvement (the game’s official term for what’s often called regional Influence or Interest) in all 36 land strategic regions worldwide. Granted at game start and refreshed monthly. AI countries are completely unaffected.
What this unlocks
- Declare interest in any strategic region instantly — no need to project navy / army first
- Colonize, start diplomatic plays, or seek subjects anywhere on the globe immediately
- Intervene, declare war on, or annex distant countries directly
- Lets minor countries operate globally like the great powers do

Compatibility
Compatible with all other mods in this series. Does not overwrite any base-game files — purely additive. Covers land strategic regions only (the ones relevant for colonization and diplomacy); ocean regions are untouched and naval presence still works normally.
