General
Added Ultra High Landmass option
Reduced the cost of hero buildings that don’t also produce city builders from 50 to 30
Artic, Desert and Volcanic: food modifier -20% > 0%
Minimum range between cities: 5 > 4
All artefacts are now Loyalty, added 4 influence for Space Marines
Reduced Aircraft buildings cost from 80 to 50 and resources output accordingly
Added 2 map sizes: PvP 2v2 (33×33) and PvP 3v3 (38×38)
All planes: -1 move
All snipers now have 4 models but the sniper trait boosts accuracy by 2.
Fortifications now cannot trigger overwatch
Most unit buffs now only work for your own faction
Skull altar 2 inf > 1inf 1energy
Neutrals:
Poxwalkers: models 10 > 7, unit value 1.5 -> 1
Adeptus Mechanicus
Kataphron Destroyers: models 3 > 2, armor 6 > 8

– Ironstrider Ballistarii: Remove Precision Shot trait.
– Litany of the Electromancer: Ignores Cover trait removed.
– "Rad Poisoning" weapon trait: Reduce damage bonus from 50% to 33%.
– "Omnispex" trait: Value changed to 33%.
– Added restriction: No more than one Imperative and one Canticle can be used per turn.
– Aggressor Imperative: moved to tier 2.
