6 Tiles between cities

Description:

This mod makes sure cities are not able to take one another’s tiles in the super late game by putting 6 hexes distance between them (3 for each city).

It also reduces city spamming for people who enjoy larger maps, but don’t want the game to become a city manage administration hell.

Furthermore, there will be more no-mans-land between cities, ensuring less siege fights, and more open ground battles.

I added another change:
All healer units are now equally powerful, and have a healing rate befitting their cheap cost.
They all now heal 4 HP for either infantry of vehicles, not both. This was a problem with most worker units, as some were obscenely powerful, healing 8 HP to any unit for example (Tau builder drone). Most will heal vehicles and structures, unless stated that they heal infantry specifically.
I wanted to make this a separate mod, but units have only one stat file, so I can’t split them sadly.
