Description:

为新建角色的世界细节设置提供独立倍率滑块。

十项可调设定可按当前所选档位放大或关闭实际效果与遗惠加成；1 为默认强度，0 为关闭该项，10 为十倍。

可选将身难、机缘、修持、通常四组的遗惠分数直接视为最高档。本功能不追加新档位；需要更多可选档位时，可同时启用「扩展世界设定」。
