This makes the Martial Artist Binding realistic

Coverage:
Chest 80%
Both Legs: 10%
Both Arms 15%

Resistance:
Cut (High): 5% from 0%
Blunt (High): 1% from 0%

Stats:
Martial Arts: 8 from 4
Combat speed: 1.1x from 1x
dexterity: 1.1x from 1x
Dodge: 1.15x from 1x
Assassination: 1.05x from 1x
Athletics: 1.05x from 1x

And by request: This also adds another color, black, the original nice white clean Bindings.

Black version is the same as above but

Assassination: 1.1x
Stealth: 1.05x

Black Blueprint is bought at the shnobi thieves
Chance: 40%
Shek Armor Vendor:
20%

Black Variant now sold at shinobi thievs, and a very very small chance for shek armour trader. They both also sell the regular white variant too.

The Thievs have a 75% chance to wear black, and 25% to wear white
