Powder Toy – Element Cloner:
Capital’s and City with Government Plaza district’s all yields +50% (Won’t superposition).
All improved strategic Resource yield double additional resource per turn.
Luxury Resources can provide Amenities to 4 more cities.

Sponge:
Unique building of Dam.
Floodplains tiles belonging to this city gain +1 Production for each time Flood damage is mitigated.

Deuterium Oxide Reactor:
Unique building of Industrial Zone.
Provide same Science as Industrial Zone’s adjacency yield.
Provide 3 Uranium Resource per turn.

Fliter Mainframe Computer:
Unique building of Campus.
Provide same Culture as Campus’ adjacency yield.
Every Fliter mainframe computer can provide +20% Production to Space program.

Black Hole Storager:
Unique building of Theater. Provide same [Icon_Production] Production as Theater’s adjacency yield.
Has 3 Great Work slots, which can hold anything.
Each Black hole storager can make [ICON_Tourism] Tourism from other players is reduced by 5% versus your civilization (max is 50%).

TPT Fighter:
Replace Warrior.
+7 Combat strength when standing on tiles with and Resource (include undiscovered Strategic Resources).

Stickman – Auto-Recover:
Garrison Units Recover extra +10 health.
Units recover health on tiles with Farms, Plantation, Forests or Jungles automatically.
