You’re not sure who this belonged to but it should come in handy.

Gives 2 bone hearts and makes skeletal enemies like bonies and hosts friendly as long as you have at least 1 bone heart, so try to hang on to them.

It can be dropped by Death, Carrion Queen, the Frail and the Forsaken. (but not if you’re the forgotten)
