More Terrains bonus

Increase strategic importance to different terrain type. Country with farmlands can support higher pop, and these fertile grounds are home of many ancient empires.
Mountain, hills and swamp have font bonus and increase their defender bonus by 1
Added 1 defender bonus to Jungle
Change farmland base food from 5 to 12 ,added 20% manpower and supply limit
Civ value change in swamp (from -4 to -10), forest (-2 to 0)
Mountain combat width decrease from 16 to 10
Note:
Will conflict with mod that changes these terrains too, put mod to bottom if you to make sure game will load its changes
Not ironman friendly
