This mod goal is to increase the options of how you handle the governors in your campaign rather than look for best metal general.
Authority increases public order (2-10) and -corruption and (5%-30%multiplicative not additive total -40% with -corruption from admin post ) ) at the authority range of (80-150).
Cunning reduces construction time (-1 to -3) and income from commerce (5%-30% at the Cunning range of (80-150).
Expertise reduces building costs higher than vanilla (-5% to -50% ) and increases income from industry (5% -20%) at the Expertise range of (80-150).
Instinct increases replenishment in the province (5%-20%) and and recruitment cost (-3 to -10% ) at the Instinct range of (80-150).
Resolve increases food ( 1-6) can be increased by the assignments and building bonuses and increases population growth higher than vanilla (5k-50k) at the Resolve range of (80-150).
increased the number of administrators you gain when your rank (max 7 )( 9 with technologies))but reduced the corruption bonus from having administrator from -30% to -15%.
-reduced the penalty from removing character from office from -20 to -5 which fades with time.
