Less Enclave for AI 减少AI飞地
Updated: Support 1.7, also edited a little ai diplomacy that let them less likely to declare war on faction far away and more likely to make peace with them.

Maybe you noticed sometime AI will try to occupy territory far from its main territory and has many enclaves over the map, one of the reason behind this is that in vanilla there is a hidden setting to let AI’s playable Han factions want to hold corresponding specific regions. However, some of them ridiculous like Dong Zhuo want to hold Chengdu and Kuaiji, Liu Bei will plan to get all Yizhou (historically Shu kingdom area) in the south west from the start.
This mod edited that region hint for AI to let them try to capture region near their start position first. The regions are linked to specific factions, and I am trying to keep it more lore friendly. Beside the 12 playable Han factions, I also added region hint for 3 playable yellow turbans, some minor factions including Lv Bu, Han Empire, Han Sui, Liu Yan, Liu Yao, Shi Xie, Liu Yu. I will add more in the future.
This is not a strict rule for the AI so it ill still make decision base on the situation.
Should be compatible with anything. Don’t require new campaign, but new campaign is recommended. Only support main campaign not eight princes.
