Description:
let high elf buildings be able to recruit dark elf and wood elf units

Technologies and lords’ effects also suitable.

Also allow all highelf factions build world root entrance in gaean vale, allow main factions build aesanar camp and mistwalker camp.

Compatibility: in theory, it’s fine to use it with SFO and radious, but to be honest, I’m not sure if there will be potential problems, those are really precision and complexity mods.
Compatible with Savegame.
