Celestial Hurricanum Effects (Requires Main Mod)
This mod has all the effects for the Celestial Hurricanum, including the lightning ball and the projectile effects. It’s kept separate because they are in a movie (yes movie) type .pack file. This is a work around for vfx files not being loaded by regular .pack files or something, I don’t know the details.
