Description:

In the game it works as a checkpoint for people.

Update 08/21/2025 as part of the work on updating old mods "Renovation of the Tesmio 3D Studio workshop":
– Textures have been updated to better ones.
– The brightness of the building is balanced.
– Added a normal map.
– The building is now an "Infrastructure Facility" type (entrance)
– Added night lights and an inscription on the building.
– Added fence connections
– The construction cost has been completely rebalanced and the construction phases have been visualized.

I create custom mods of any complexity – prices are negotiable.
