Description:

Soviet apartment block project 1-447C-36 (II gen. 447C). They were built all across the USSR from the late ’60 to the early ’80s. This building comes in three variants: normal brick, white tiles and a modernised version with slightly better quality of flats.

This model was originally developed by Pashka2125 for "Cites Skylines", and has been adapted for "Soviet Republic" by me with full permission from the original author.

All credit for the 3d art goes to Pashka2125.

Update1 03/02/2020: added a modernised version with slightly better quality of flats; updated white tiles textures (a big thank you to Indianos/Comrade Joe for providing the updated textures).

Update2 10/05/2020: added a grey brick variant and revised the stats according to real floor plans.

Update3 14/05/2020: removed road connection, edited pedestrian connections.
