Blood Savers
Add an Faction named Blood Savers.
It is a group of people who attack people and collect and wear blood while having the name of Blood Savers.
They have four base, and they wander around Ashlands and around them and make camps.
When there is their camp near your base, they do Raid sometimes.
They may have their own Blueprints. The better the performance, the lower the chance of getting it.
