Craft antigrain warheads at a Machining table. They are expensive and require a smart and talented crafter. Also includes a recipe for hi-explosive shells in bulk.

Crafted slowly at a machining table with a 8 crafing, 5 intellectual colonist
Steel: 100; Chemfuel: 60
Research requirement: Mortars
