The Carakinox
The Carakinox! Do be aware that this mod also includings some QoL additions and may possibly conflict with other mods.
This mod brings the addition of a reclusive cat-fox-esque people that will likely be found rarely amongst the stars. They’re something along the lines of "Fancy Necromancers", their taste in furniture and adornment is often exquisit or simply lavish; Though despite how expensive their furniture may look, most Carakinox are organized pigsty’s leaving containers full of things all over thier rooms. Their prime weapon choices is the ability to raise the deceased to their advantage and being able to summon elementals, both minor and major; with some keeping simple and using melee weaponry. The Carakinox also have great ties with the Fenerox, with some living very close by. Due to the fenerox being more simple minded, they make great companions for the Carakinox as they don’t need to watch their own actions so carefully and they make for better conversation than the Frogg or Agaran do.
THE REARMORING UPDATE (That’s what I’m calling it) is underway! Due to a personal fear that I may not get back to doing work on the mod I’m going to be uploading what work I have and will have done as I feel appropriate. This update includes the reworked T3 (Titanium) Armor, and along with that the T3 Carakinox Guard Tenant! This update also includes respritings of the Carakinox Wooden Chair, Smacking Staff, and Carakinox Head to overall better fit the Starbound feel.
Hotfix: Turns out some NPC’s were having spontanious combustion issues, which I’ve fixed yet another time and now the fatal disease should be nigh eliminated.
Do note that thanks to quite a few other people I could get this started, mainly using a base off nexus (thanks guy).
Special Thanks to projectmayhem1983 who has been helping me throughout my coding journey. Without him I don’t think I’d made it past the drawing board with a lot of stuff in this mod. I’m not a coding wizard and even though everything is in an acceptable condition when I update this mod, some things are completely finished and some are subject to change.
