Reset skills
Function:
Reset characters’ skills when you start new campaign (new savefile required)
Reset characters’ skills when you recruit them
Only available to player, but you can reset AI when they join you
Available to those who just come to age
I made an exception for eunuchs, because they annoyed me
Compatible with save files, but it’s better to start a new campaign because you can enjoy the first function
Compatible with Wu_Kingdaissance, New General Collection, MTU
