The Lotus

Inspired by Katarina from League of Legends.

Skin by nonlinear, bits of code studied and snipped from sasiji’s The Beastmaster and Mhnlo’s Itinerant Cook.

The Lotus class is based on Season 3 Katarina from League of Legends. Fundamentally she is a mark synergy character that can generate extra tempo, and very dramatically escalating as she gains access to her high tier trinkets and Champion level skills.

Her combat skills are as follows:

Sinister Steel: xooo | ooxx

Melee attack that automatically crits against a Marked target.

Shunpo: ooox | ooox

Melee attack that will grant an initiative point the next time the Lotus kills a target.

Bouncing Blade: ooox | o-o-o x

Ranged attack that marks the first 3 ranks of the enemy team.

Killer Instincts: oooo | o-o-o-o

The Lotus gains a buff to her attack damage and crit chance based on the number of enemies hit with this skill; the buff lasts until camp. This skill is a free action, usable once per battle.

Noxian Mutagen: oooo

Inflicts a disease upon an ally that will rapidly evolve into a quirk with high damage and speed at the cost of death blow vulnerability. At higher levels this skill also cures blight/bleed and provides a health over time effect. This skill is a free action. This skill is a free action, usable once per battle.

Red Potion: oooo

Grants the Lotus health over time. This skill is a free action, usable once per battle.

Death Lotus: ooox | o-o-o-o

Massive AoE damage but at the cost of both stress build-up and an until camp max hp debuff. Intended for fighting bosses and/or difficult fights you scout and then retreat from.

All of these skill gain small extra bonuses when they are ranked up to Champion level.

Her unique camping skills are as follows:

Loyal Minion: Gives a companion a 200% debuff to their max hp, a 100% buff to their damage and +60 Dodge.

Secret Orders: Gives all companions +70% Virtue chance and 100 Stress.

Green Ward: Small scouting chance

Pink Ward: Small surprise chance + an ally can ignore stealth

Known Weaknesses: Armor piercing for the Lotus
