Description:

I-447 is the most massive series of brick houses, which was built throughout the USSR from the late 1950s to the mid 1960s, and modifications by the end of the 1970s.

In this mod there are two-section, three-section and four-section versions of this building

Two-section:
Number of residents – 85

Three-section:
Number of residents – 135
Quality of life – 78%

Four-section:
Number of residents – 180
Quality of life – 78%
