Description:

Zenobia was the empress of the Palmyrene Empire. She rebelled against the roman empire and spread Palmyra’s borders to the largest extent in it’s history.

Imperial Aspirations

• All districts grant +1 Great Person Point of their type in cities with an Established Governor. +25% Production towards Heavy Cavalry units. These bonuses are doubled in conquered cities.
• +2 Loyalty per turn in conquered cities.

Paideia

• Dislikes her neighbours and wants to conquer their lands. Likes Civilizations that collect Great People.
