Description:

This mod allows you to increase the development of provinces using decisions. The mod also lets you improve provinces for a pittance.

WARNING! This mod is made purely for entertainment purposes; it completely breaks the balance.

Features (Decisions):

Add 1/10/100 development to all existing provinces
Remove 1/10/100 development from each existing province (Does not decrease below 1)
Super cheap development.
